We’re celebrating another successful year of our Nottingham Trent University work placement scheme. Our interns, Alex Radivan and Zahra Achda, have brought fresh perspectives to our design team.
Alex said: “This placement has given me invaluable design experience… Working at Teemo has provided me with a strong foundation of skills and industry knowledge.”
Zahra shared: “Being on placement at Teemo has been pivotal in my journey as a designer. I’ve gained numerous skills and developed them to a more professional standard.”
We also spoke to Max Pownall, Senior Lecturer in Product Design at NTU. Max said: “The placement year gives students a chance to apply the skills developed at NTU. We see a marked improvement in ability and commitment, as well as a more considered understanding of the markets they may be designing for in the future.”
