Our design team recently returned from Salone Internazionale del Mobile – one of the world’s biggest and most influential furniture fairs – feeling inspired, energised (and just a little bit addicted to Italian food).
Held in Milan each April, Salone is a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship and innovation. It’s a place where bold ideas, beautiful materials and exciting new approaches to design come together. This year was no exception.
We spotted a strong presence of organic curves, some fascinating materials, and plenty of smart functionality across the board. From statement seating to elegant, practical storage, there was no shortage of things to admire and learn from.
These snapshots highlight just a few of the pieces and design moments that caught our attention.
