John (pictured with our UK team, sporting a dark blue shirt) brings an incredible wealth of experience, energy and focus to our team, and we couldn’t be more excited about the journey ahead with him onboard.
A Stellar Career
John’s impressive career spans multiple leadership roles across some of the UK’s most well-known brands:
- Six years as CEO of Hamleys, the world-famous toy retailer.
- Three years as CEO of Jones the Bootmaker, leading the renowned shoe retailer.
- 15 years as Chairman of Vistage, the global leadership development organisation.
On top of all that, John founded and successfully ran his own retail business for 16 years, making him a seasoned leader in the retail industry with unparalleled insight and experience.
